Quick Order Process

1. Order Directly
Select your product on our website, choose the color and material, fill in your shipping address, and complete the payment.

2. We’ll Follow Up Quickly
Within 10 minutes of receiving your order, our sales personal manager will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm the fabric, color, estimated production time, and delivery schedule.

3. Product Completion
Your furniture will be handcrafted within 7–15 days. Once completed, we’ll send you a detailed video of the finished product via WhatsApp or email—showing every detail clearly for your confirmation.

4. Shipping Fee Confirmation
Shipping fees will be confirmed once your order is packed, based on your address and the package dimensions.

If you want installment payment

If you'd prefer to pay in installments and don’t want to pay in full before seeing your sofa, we offer a 60% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 40% due once your order is complete and ready to ship.
Installments must be paid via bank transfer.

After placing your order, our personal manager will inform you of the shipping method, carrier, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time based on your detailed address.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the items selected and your destination.

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries around the globe.

  • How long until I receive my order?

Since our products are handcrafted, customization takes approximately 7-15 days. Once shipped from the Shenzhen port in China, it will take about 25-30 days by sea to reach your country’s port, followed by local delivery which takes around 10 days.

In total, you can expect to receive your order within 40-60 days after placing your order.

  • Can I see more details about the swatches?

If you'd like to see more detailed fabric options, we offer two ways to assist you:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email: Our personal manager will send you detailed fabric swatches, showcasing the fabric from different angles and under various lighting conditions to ensure you get the exact color effect you're looking for.

If you're unsure, we can arrange for express shipping of a small swatch sample (limited to 3 colors). You will need to cover the shipping cost, which is approximately $30 USD.

WARRANTY

We hope you never have any issues with your ANDY furniture. We’ve crafted each piece with the highest quality materials to ensure long-lasting enjoyment. Unlike most brands that offer a 2-year warranty, we stand by our products with a 10-year warranty.

Your item has been made by skilled craftsmen and thoroughly quality-checked at every stage—from production to warehouse. We’re confident that 99% of the time, your piece will meet your exact expectations.

All of our products come with 10-years warranty.

The warranty covers both commercial and residential use, protecting against any technical malfunctions during this period.

  • What happens if my order arrived in damaged/defective condition? 

Generally speaking, its won't happens, because our shipping company is very strict on the international packing. If its happens, please don’t worry, we will have a replacement item/part shipped to you at no additional cost.
